Membership and Accreditation
After nearly a decade serving as a corporate controller, I left the corpoate world to utilize my decades of experience in arranging travel by opening my own travel agency. By partnering with Expedia CruiseShipCenters, I am able to take advantage of the buying power and brand name recognition of the Expedia name. By remaining an independent agent, I am still able to maintain my individuality and focus on delivering top-notch customer service to my clients.
As a firm believer in developing areas of specialization, I am continually taking advantage of training offered through our travel suppliers. I was among the first to earn a Bachelors of Fun from Carnival Cruise Lines University (CCLU) and then went on to earn my Masters of Memories from CCLU, have earned the designation of "Expert" with Royal Carribean Cruise Lines, am recognized as a Cruise Expert with Oceania Cruises, have achieved the honor of being named a Cruise Specialist with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, am recognized as a River Cruise Expert with Uniworld River Cruises and Viking River Cruises, and have earned the rank of "Staff Captain" with Princess Cruises. I have also earned the designation of Certified "Yachtalist" with American Safari Cruises, an American cruise line specializing in up-close and personal yachting adventures.
I am an Alaska Certified Expert with the Alaska Travel Industry Association and an Alaska Specialist with Princess Cruises. I have also earned expert status in the following destinations: Belize Specialist, Bermuda Specialist, Brazil Specialist, Cayman Islands Specialist, Cayman Islands Dive & Nature Master Specialist, Cayman Islands Family Travel Master Specialist, Destino Argentina Specialist, Dominican Republic Specialist, Ecuador Specialist, Grenada Master Specialist, Incredible India Specialist, Macau Specialist, Mammoth Mountain Specialist, Orlando Travel Expert, Reno-Tahoe Specialist, Riviera Maya Specialist, Explore Africa Specialist, Tanzania Travel Specialist, Atlantis Master Specialist, Visit Florida Specialist, and Visit London Specialist.
Since we are a full-service travel agency, I have also earned Specialist designations with several key tour operators and resort locations and have earned the designations of Destination Weddings & Honeymoons Specialist, Spa Specialist, Dive Travel Specialist, and Culinary Specialist.
